Day 1 — Istanbul – London

Please be at Istanbul Airport’s international departures terminal at least 3 hours before departure. After check-in, baggage and boarding formalities, depart on Turkish Airlines flight TK1989 at 09:45, arriving in London at 11:45 local time. Meet your guide and private vehicle at the airport. Our panoramic London sightseeing takes in Knightsbridge, Hyde Park, the Natural History Museum, the River Thames, Buckingham Palace, the Palace of Westminster, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Nelson’s Column, the National Gallery and Piccadilly Circus. Transfer to the hotel and check in. Overnight in London.

Day 2 — London

Breakfast included

After breakfast, discover London’s highlights: Greenwich, the British Museum, a Thames boat trip and the city’s iconic streets and neighbourhoods. Experience the London Underground and explore with your guide. Visit Greenwich, associated with the Prime Meridian (0° longitude), which divides the eastern and western hemispheres. A popular London retreat, it was an important royal centre under the Tudors in the 16th century. See the historic Cutty Sark, a beautiful park, an Ottoman cannon and the National Maritime Museum before boarding our boat. A one-hour Thames cruise offers views of London’s riverside landmarks. Continue to the British Museum, whose collections include thousands of objects from around the world, including remarkable pieces from ancient cities along the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts of present-day Türkiye. Afterwards, walk along Oxford Street and through Soho, Chinatown and Piccadilly Circus. Overnight in London.

Day 3 — London

Breakfast included

After breakfast, enjoy free time to explore London’s museums, art galleries, shopping centres and second-hand shops, or join the optional Bicester Village Outlet excursion arranged by your guide at an additional cost. This shopping village offers a wide selection of luxury brands at discounted prices. Overnight in London.

Day 4 — London – Windsor – Oxford – Bath – Birmingham

Breakfast included

After breakfast, leave the hotel for Windsor, home to one of the royal residences. Enjoy panoramic views of the town and castle. Explore Oxford, the university city associated with Harry Potter filming locations. See the Radcliffe Camera, Bridge of Sighs, Sheldonian Theatre and Bodleian Library. Continue to Bath. In Bath, famous for its Roman baths, sights include Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge and the Royal Crescent. End the day in Birmingham. Overnight in Birmingham.

Day 5 — Birmingham – Chester – Liverpool – Manchester

Breakfast included

After breakfast at the hotel, travel to Chester, the historic county town of Cheshire in north-west England, and discover its distinctive English architecture. Continue to Liverpool. Explore Liverpool, including panoramic views of Anfield stadium, the theatre, Liverpool Cathedral, St George’s Hall, Albert Dock and the River Mersey. See pubs associated with the Beatles’ early performances, along with well-known monuments and buildings, with opportunities for photographs. Travel onwards to Manchester for a city tour and hotel transfer. Overnight in Manchester.

Day 6 — Manchester – Windermere – Glasgow

After breakfast, depart for Windermere. Travel to Windermere in the Lake District, England’s largest national park. This mountainous region, home to England’s highest mountain, Scafell Pike, offers beautiful lakes, valleys and spectacular scenery. Continue towards Glasgow, stopping at whisky cellars en route for an opportunity to taste world-famous Scotch whiskies. Arrive in Glasgow in the late afternoon. Our Glasgow sightseeing includes the University of Glasgow, the River Kelvin, Glasgow Cathedral, Merchant Square and Buchanan Street. Enjoy free time to explore and shop in the city centre. Overnight in Glasgow.

Day 7 — Glasgow – Edinburgh

See any remaining Glasgow sights before departing. Visit the historic William Wallace Monument and Stirling Castle. Continue to Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park for beautiful scenery, then see the Kelpies, the enormous horse-head sculptures. Enjoy panoramic views of Blackness Castle before continuing to Edinburgh. Check in at the hotel and enjoy free time. Overnight in Edinburgh.

Day 8 — Edinburgh

Breakfast included

After breakfast, discover Edinburgh. Our Edinburgh sightseeing includes the Royal Mile, Princes Street, the university buildings, Greyfriars Bobby, St Giles’ Cathedral, Calton Hill and the Leith waterfront, home to the Royal Yacht Britannia. Visit Edinburgh Castle (admission included), with its National War Museum, St Margaret’s Chapel, Crown Jewels, Royal Palace rooms and Great Hall. Enjoy free time for shopping in the late afternoon. Overnight in Edinburgh.

Day 9 — Edinburgh – Istanbul

Breakfast included

After breakfast, transfer to Edinburgh Airport. Depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1344 at 10:35, arriving at 17:05 local time. End of the tour.
